The

prepare

drainage
wells
that
have
not

closed

chapter
460.
The
report
shall

include
an
inventory
of
agricultural
drainage
wells
that
remain

unclosed,
a
projected
timeline
for
closing
the
agricultural

drainage
wells,
and
an
estimate
of
the
costs
for
closing
each

agricultural
drainage
well.
The
department
shall
submit
the

report
to
the
governor
and
fiscal
services
division
of
the

legislative
services
agency
not
later
than
November
15,

This
bill
relates
to
agriculture

natural

resources
by
making
appropriations
for
the
2011-2012
fiscal

to
support
related
entities,
including
the
department
of

agriculture

land
stewardship,
the
department
of
natural

resources,
and
Iowa
state
university.

The
bill
appropriates
moneys
to
the
department
of

agriculture
and
land
stewardship
and
the
department
of
natural

resources.
The
appropriations
are
made
to
support
those

departments
for
administration,
regulation,
and
programs.
The

bill
requires
the
departments
to
submit
quarterly
reports
to

the
general
assembly
and
department
of
management
regarding
the

expenditure

bill
also
provides
