S.F. 68 Section 1. NEW SECTION . 20.26A Employee organizations —— 1 office space. 2 A public employer shall not provide an employee organization 3 with office space under the control of the public employer 4 at a cost that is less than the market value of a lease for 5 comparable office space. 6 EXPLANATION 7 This bill provides that a public employer shall not provide 8 office space to an employee organization at a rate less than 9 market value. 10 -1- LSB 1715XS (3) 84 je/rj 1/ 1
