a

bill
assigns

the
office

council

bill

bill

$720,000
commencing
in
fiscal

from
the

fund

administration.
The
bill

that
these
funds
be
distributed
to
each
existing

region,

identified
to
the
region
incorporating

Marion,
Polk,

Warren
counties

in
fiscal
year
2013.

The
bill
requires
councils
of
governments
to
prepare

regional
comprehensive
plans,
integrate
smart
planning

principles,

goals

strategies,
and

for
cooperation

member
governments.

councils

establish

committees.
