bill
extends
the
time
period
during
which
an
eligible

energy
facility
seeking
to
qualify
for

renewable

tax
credit
in
Code
chapter
476C
shall
have
been
placed

service
by
one
year
to
before
January
1,
2013.

bill
increases
the
maximum
amount
of

for

wind
energy
