Code
2011,
is
amended
by
adding

new
subsection:

shall
adopt
rules
to

creditors
with
alternative
notice
forms
that
conform

with
the
requirements
of
federal
law.

EXPLANATION
6
This
bill
relates
to
right
to
cure
notices
under
the
consumer
7
credit
code
and
requires
the
administrator,
defined
in
Code
8
chapter
537
as
the
attorney
general
or
the
attorney
general’s
9
designee,
to
adopt
rules
to
provide
creditors
with
alternative
10
notice
forms
that
conform
with
the
requirements
of
federal
law.
