EXPLANATION

This
bill
requires
that
the
real
estate
commission
adopt

administrative
rules
to
administer
a
program
of
education
of

real
estate
practices
and
matters
relating
to
real
estate.

The
bill
provides
that
the
program
shall
establish
separate
20
categories
of
continuing
education
requirements
for
commercial
21
and
residential
real
estate
brokers
and
salespersons.
