S.F. 2068 Section 1. Section 481A.130, subsection 1, paragraph h, 1 Code 2011, is amended to read as follows: 2 h. For each deer, except as provided in paragraph “g” , and 3 for each bald eagle, swan , or crane, one thousand five hundred 4 dollars. 5 EXPLANATION 6 This bill provides that a person who unlawfully sells, 7 takes, catches, kills, injures, destroys, or possesses a bald 8 eagle is liable to the state for civil damages in the amount 9 of $1,500.
