under

EXPLANATION

This
bill
transfers
$750,000
from
the
allocation
to
the

department
of
public
health
for
the
tobacco
use
prevention
and
11
control
initiative
to
the
appropriation
to
the
department
of
12
public
health
for
public
protection
to
be
used
for
emergency
13
medical
services
training
for
communities
with
populations
14
under
9,000
for
FY
2012-2013.
