EFFECTIVE UPON ENACTMENT. This Act, being deemed of 8 immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment. 9 EXPLANATION 10 This bill increases the FY 2011-2012 appropriation made 11 to the college student aid commission under 2011 Iowa Acts, 12 chapter 132 (House File 645), by $1.3 million.
