S.F. 103 Section 1. Section 155A.18, Code 2011, is amended to read 1 as follows: 2 155A.18 Penalties. 3 The board shall impose penalties as allowed under section 4 272C.3 . In addition, civil penalties not to exceed twenty-five 5 two hundred fifty thousand dollars , may be imposed. 6 EXPLANATION 7 This bill increases the amount of the additional civil 8 penalty that may be imposed by the board of pharmacy from 9 $25,000 to $250,000. 10 -1- LSB 1546XS (2) 84 jr/sc 1/ 1
