H.F. _____ Section 1. Section 256D.9, Code 2011, is amended to read as 1 follows: 2 256D.9 Future repeal. 3 This chapter is repealed effective July 1, 2012 2013 . 4 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act takes effect June 30, 5 2012. 6 EXPLANATION 7 This bill continues until July 1, 2013, the Iowa early 8 intervention block grant program in the department of education 9 established in Code chapter 256D. The Code chapter specifies 10 how school districts may expend the early intervention 11 allocation school districts receive pursuant to Code section 12 257.10, subsection 11.
