H.J.R. 11 Section 1. 265 Iowa administrative code, rule 32.6, subrule 1 3, is nullified. 2 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE UPON ENACTMENT. This joint resolution, 3 being deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon 4 enactment. 5 EXPLANATION 6 This joint resolution nullifies 265 IAC, rule 32.6(3) 7 requiring signage at each Iowa jobs program project site 8 stating that the project was made possible, in part, through 9 a grant from the Iowa jobs program, and featuring a permanent 10 acknowledgment, such as a plaque or a similar commemoration on 11 the completed project. 12 The joint resolution takes effect upon enactment. 13 -1- LSB 1504HV (1) 84 jr/rj 1/ 1
