The
judicial
branch
and

human
services
shall
continue
the
workgroup

implemented
pursuant
to
2010
Iowa
Acts,
chapter
1192,
section

24,
subsection
2,
to
improve
the
processes
for
involuntary

commitment
for
chronic
substance
abuse
under
chapter
125

and
serious
mental
illness
under
chapter
229.
Additional

stakeholders
shall
be
added
as
necessary
to
facilitate
the

workgroup
efforts.

for
continuation

the
