H.F. 450 Section 1. INTERGOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES —— POWERS. It is the 1 intent of the general assembly to review and enact legislation 2 relating to the scope and authority of intergovernmental 3 entities established in accordance with chapter 28E. 4 Sec. 2. INTERGOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES —— RECORDS AND 5 MEETINGS. It is the intent of the general assembly to review 6 and enact legislation relating to records and meetings of 7 intergovernmental entities established in accordance with 8 chapter 28E. 9 EXPLANATION 10 This bill specifies that it is the intent of the general 11 assembly to review and enact legislation relating to the scope, 12 authority, records, and meetings of intergovernmental entities 13 established in accordance with Code chapter 28E. 14 -1- LSB 2627YH (1) 84 md/sc 1/ 1
