H.F. 412 Section 1. Section 142D.4, subsection 10, Code 2011, is 1 amended by striking the subsection. 2 EXPLANATION 3 This bill prohibits smoking throughout gambling structures, 4 excursion gambling boats, and racetrack enclosures.
