amended

adding

new
subsection:

The
authority
shall
not
charge

a
lottery
retailer
a
service
fee
for
transmissions
or

communications
occurring
during
or
pursuant
to
use
of
equipment

required
to
process
sales
of
any
lottery
product.

EXPLANATION

bill
prohibits
the

authority
from
