H.F. 2415 Section 1. Section 8.11, Code Supplement 2011, is amended by 1 adding the following new subsection: 2 NEW SUBSECTION . 6. Each state agency shall submit an annual 3 report to the general assembly by January 1 listing the grants 4 awarded by the state agency in the previous fiscal year and 5 including each minority impact statement submitted to the state 6 agency for each grant awarded. 7 EXPLANATION 8 This bill requires state agencies to submit an annual report 9 by January 1 each year to the general assembly listing grants 10 awarded and including the minority impact statements submitted 11 for the grants that were awarded by the state agency in the 12 previous fiscal year. 13 -1- LSB 5962YH (2) 84 ec/nh 1/ 1
