H.F. 21 Section 1. Section 142D.4, subsection 10, Code 2011, is 1 amended by striking the subsection. 2 EXPLANATION 3 This bill eliminates the exemption from the prohibition of 4 smoking applicable to gaming floors of gambling structures, 5 excursion gambling boats, and racetrack enclosures, thereby 6 prohibiting smoking in these areas. 7 -1- LSB 1153HH (4) 84 pf/nh 1/ 1
