H.F. 169 Section 1. NEW SECTION . 414.33 Wineries. 1 A winery issued a native wine permit pursuant to chapter 123 2 shall be allowed in any district identified in a city zoning 3 ordinance as having agricultural or horticultural activities 4 as a permitted use, or on any tract of land located within the 5 city if such land is assessed for agricultural or horticultural 6 purposes. 7 EXPLANATION 8 This bill provides that a winery issued a native wine permit 9 pursuant to Code chapter 123 shall be allowed within a city 10 in any district identified in the city’s zoning ordinance 11 as having as a permitted use agricultural or horticultural 12 activities, or on any tract of land within the city if the land 13 is assessed for agricultural or horticultural purposes. 14 -1- LSB 2088HH (4) 84 rn/sc 1/ 1
