H.F. 149 Section 1. Section 15.108, Code 2011, is amended by adding 1 the following new subsection: 2 NEW SUBSECTION . 12. Labor relations. To provide 3 information relating to the rights of workers and employers in 4 the state. To carry out this responsibility, the department 5 shall include the phrase, “Iowa is a Right-to-Work State” in 6 bold letters on all business recruitment, promotional, and, if 7 deemed appropriate by the department, tourism literature. 8 EXPLANATION 9 This bill relates to the promotion of Iowa as a right-to-work 10 state.
