This joint resolution, being deemed 3 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment. 4 EXPLANATION 5 This joint resolution nullifies an administrative rule 6 adopted by the board of nursing that allows an advanced 7 registered nurse practitioner to provide direct supervision in 8 the use of fluoroscopic equipment.
