  1  1    Section 1.  Section 423.3, Code 2009, is amended by adding
  1  2 the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  95.  The sales price for the use of a
  1  4 self=service washer or dryer.
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This bill exempts the use of self=service washers and
  1  7 dryers from the state sales tax.
