S.F. 2319 Section 1. FILM, TELEVISION, AND VIDEO PROJECT PROMOTION 1 PROGRAM —— NEW PROJECT SUSPENSION. The department of economic 2 development shall not register a new project under the film, 3 television, and video project promotion program in section 4 15.393 until July 1, 2011. 5 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE UPON ENACTMENT. This Act, being deemed of 6 immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment. 7 EXPLANATION 8 This bill prohibits the department of economic development 9 from registering any new projects under the film, television, 10 and video project promotion program until July 1, 2011. 11 The bill takes effect upon enactment. 12 -1- LSB 6212SV (1) 83 tw/nh 1/ 1
