S.F. 2207 Section 1. NEW SECTION . 84A.11 Employment listings —— 1 internet. 2 The department of workforce development shall ensure 3 that each employment opportunity offered through or by the 4 department is listed on the department’s internet site and that 5 applicants are able to apply for such employment opportunities 6 through the department’s internet site. 7 EXPLANATION 8 This bill requires that the department of workforce 9 development offer all employment opportunities it receives or 10 offers on its internet site and allow applicants to apply for 11 those employment opportunities on the department’s website. 12 -1- LSB 6121XS (1) 83 ak/nh 1/ 1
