APPROPRIATION

DEPARTMENT
OF
NATURAL

RESOURCES.
There
is
appropriated
from
the
rebuild
Iowa
2
infrastructure
fund
to
the
department
of
natural
resources
for

the
fiscal
year
beginning
July
1,
2010,
and
ending
June
30,

2011,
the
following
amount,
or
so
much
thereof
as
is
necessary,

to
be
used
for
the
purposes
designated:

purposes
of
preserving
Iowa’s
cultural
and
historical

resources
by
supporting
the
restoration
and
renovation
of
a
8
civilian
conservation
corps
shelter
house
located
in
a
park
on
9
the
north
shore
of
a
lake
in
a
county
with
a
population
between
10
16,400
and
16,435:

purposes

8.33,
unencumbered
or
unobligated

moneys
made
from
an
appropriation
in
this
section
shall
not

revert
but
shall
remain
available
for
expenditure
for
the

purposes
designated
until
the
close
of
the
fiscal
year
that

begins
July
1,
2014.
However,
if
the
project
for
which
such

appropriation
was
made
is
completed
in
an
earlier
fiscal
year,

unencumbered
or
unobligated
moneys
shall
revert
at
the
close
of
19
that
same
fiscal
year.

EXPLANATION
21
This
bill
appropriates
$750,000
from
the
rebuild
Iowa
22
infrastructure
fund
to
the
department
of
natural
resources
for
23
the
fiscal
year
beginning
July
1,
2010,
and
ending
June
30,

2011,
for
purposes
of
preserving
Iowa’s
cultural
and
historical
25
resources
by
supporting
the
restoration
and
renovation
of
a
26
civilian
conservation
corps
shelter
house
located
in
a
park
on
27
the
north
shore
of
a
lake
in
a
county
with
a
population
between
28
16,400
and
16,435.

The
bill
further
provides
that
unencumbered
or
unobligated

moneys
made
from
this
appropriation
do
not

but

available
for
