Beginning
July
1,
2010,

every
five
years
thereafter,

the
department
shall
convene
an
air
quality
task
force
to

review
emission
limitations
or
standards
relating
to
the

maximum
quantities
of
air
contaminants
that
may
be
emitted
from
5
any
air
contaminant
source
as
provided
in
section
455B.133,

subsection
4.
The
task
force
shall
submit
recommendations

to
the
governor,
the
general
assembly,
and
the
director
by
8
December
31,
2010,
and
every
five
years
thereafter.

force
shall
consist
of
one
representative
from

quality
monitor
location

review.

Beginning
July
1,
2010,
and
every
five
years
thereafter,
the

department
shall
conduct
an
evaluation
of
the
location
of
each
30
ambient
air
quality
monitor
in
the
state.
The
evaluation
shall
31
consider
if
each
monitor
is
in
the
optimal
location
for
the
32
accurate
and
effective
recording
of
ambient
air
quality.

bill
relates
to

natural
resources

convene
an
air
quality
task
force
to
review
emission

limitations
or
standards
relating
to
the
maximum
quantities

be

from
any
air

source.
The
bill
requires
the
task
force
to
submit

recommendations
to
the
governor,
the
general
assembly,
and
the

the

natural
resources
