abuse),

(operating

while
intoxicated),
and
462A
(water
navigation
regulations).

The
bill,
by
modifying
the
definitions
of
“serious
injury”
in
29
the
affected
Code
chapters,
makes
the
definition
of
“serious
30
injury”
consistent
with
the
definition
of
“serious
injury”
in
31
Code
section
702.18,
applicable
to
the
Iowa
criminal
code.
