an
Iowa

and

Rhoads
told
the
members
of
his
team

before
the
season
that
they
would
win
a
bowl
game;
and

WHEREAS,
the
Iowa
State
Cyclones
posted
their
first

season
since
2005;
and

WHEREAS,
the
Cyclones
were
invited
to
play
in
their

bowl
game
since
2005,
appearing
in
the
Insight

Bowl

Tempe,
Arizona;
and

Cyclones
beat

Minnesota
Golden

the
