H.F. 2065 Section 1. SUPPORTED COMMUNITY LIVING —— REIMBURSEMENT OF 1 ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS. The department of human services shall 2 adopt rules to provide that administrative costs shall not 3 exceed eighteen percent of total program costs for supported 4 community living programs under the medical assistance home and 5 community-based services waiver for intellectual disabilities. 6 Administrative costs are comprised of those costs incurred in 7 the general management and administrative functions of the 8 program. 9 EXPLANATION 10 This bill directs the department of human services to 11 adopt rules to provide that administrative costs shall 12 not exceed 18 percent of total program costs for supported 13 community living programs under the medical assistance 14 home and community-based services waiver for intellectual 15 disabilities.
