  1  1    Section 1.  Section 514C.22, subsection 3, Code 2007, is
  1  2 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1  3    NEW PARAGRAPH.  h.  Eating disorders, including but not
  1  4 limited to bulimia nervosa and anorexia nervosa.
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This bill amends Code section 514C.22 by adding eating
  1  7 disorders, including but not limited to bulimia nervosa and
  1  8 anorexia nervosa, to the definition of "biologically based
  1  9 mental illness" for which certain third=party payment of
  1 10 health care coverage costs for treatment is required.
