  1  1    Section 1.  Section 235B.6, subsection 2, paragraph d, Code
  1  2 2005, is amended by adding the following new subparagraph:
  1  3    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH.  (4)  A court or administrative agency
  1  4 making a determination regarding an unemployment compensation
  1  5 claim pursuant to section 96.6.
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill authorizes persons involved in court or
  1  8 administrative agency proceedings involving unemployment
  1  9 compensation claims access to dependent adult abuse
  1 10 information, other than unfounded dependent adult abuse
  1 11 information, maintained by the department of human services.
