Section 1D.1, Code 2005, is amended to read as 1 2 follows: 1 3 1D.1STANDARD TIME ANDDAYLIGHT SAVING TIME AS OFFICIAL 1 4 TIME. 1 5The standardDaylight saving time shall be the official 1 6 time in this state. Daylight saving time is the solar time of 1 7 the ninetieth meridian of longitude west of Greenwich, 1 8 commonly known as central standard time,except that from two 1 9 o'clock ante meridiem of the first Sunday of April in every 1 10 year until two o'clock ante meridiem of the last Sunday of 1 11 October in the same year, standard time shall beadvanced one 1 12 hour.The period of time so advanced shall be known as 1 13 "daylight saving time."1 14 Sec. 2. Section 515.138, unnumbered paragraph 10, Code 1 15 2005, is amended to read as follows: 1 16 IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PROVISIONS AND STIPULATIONS HEREIN 1 17 OR ADDED HERETO AND OF .... DOLLARS PREMIUM this company, for 1 18 the term of ........ from the ..... day of ........ (month), 1 19 ..... (year), to the .... day of ....... (month), .... (year), 1 20 at noon,Standard Time,at location of property involved, to 1 21 an amount not exceeding .........
