  1  1    Section 1.  Section 509.1, subsection 2, Code 2005, is
  1  2 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1  3    NEW PARAGRAPH.  h.  A nonprofit city or area chamber of
  1  4 commerce or similar organization which provides services and
  1  5 benefits to its members, to insure the members thereof.
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill provides that a policy of group life, accident,
  1  8 or health insurance can be issued to a nonprofit city or area
  1  9 chamber of commerce or similar organization to insure the
  1 10 members of the organization.
