  1  9                           EXPLANATION
  1 10    This bill increases the migratory game bird fee for
  1 11 residents and nonresidents from $8 to $15.
  1 12    The migratory game bird fee is required to hunt migratory
  1 13 game birds (any wild goose, brant, wild duck, snipe, rail,
  1 14 woodcock, or coot), and is in addition to the general hunting
  1 15 license fee and the habitat fee.
