  1  1    Section 1.  CHILD PROTECTION CENTER GRANT PROGRAM.  There
  1  2 is appropriated from the general fund of the state to the Iowa
  1  3 department of public health for the fiscal year beginning July
  1  4 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2007, the following amount, or so
  1  5 much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
  1  6 designated:
  1  7    For the child protection center grant program in accordance
  1  8 with section 135.118:
  1  9 .................................................. $  1,000,000
  1 10                           EXPLANATION
  1 11    This bill makes a fiscal year 2006=2007 appropriation to
  1 12 the Iowa department of public health for the child protection
  1 13 center grant program in accordance with Code section 135.118.
  1 14 Code section 135.118 establishes the program and provides
  1 15 direction for the program's operation.
