  1  1    Section 1.  DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS == IOWA VETERANS
  1  2 HOME.  There is appropriated from the general fund of the
  1  3 state to the department of veterans affairs for the fiscal
  1  4 year beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2007, the
  1  5 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be
  1  6 used for the purposes designated:
  1  7    For Iowa veterans home salaries, support, maintenance,
  1  8 miscellaneous purposes, and for not more than the following
  1  9 full=time equivalent positions:
  1 10 .................................................. $ 16,309,443
  1 11 ............................................... FTEs     855.22
  1 12                           EXPLANATION
  1 13    This bill appropriates moneys to the department of veterans
  1 14 affairs for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006, for the
  1 15 Iowa veterans home.
