  1  1    Section 1.  DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS.  There is
  1  2 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
  1  3 department of veterans affairs for the fiscal year beginning
  1  4 July 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2007, the following amount,
  1  5 or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the
  1  6 purposes designated:
  1  7    For salaries, support, maintenance, miscellaneous purposes,
  1  8 including the war orphans educational aid fund established
  1  9 pursuant to chapter 35, and for not more than the following
  1 10 full=time equivalent positions:

  1 14    This bill appropriates moneys to the department of veterans
  1 15 affairs for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006, and ending
  1 16 June 30, 2007.
