NEW SECTION. 626.76 LABOR COMMISSIONER TO 1 2 REPRESENT. 1 3 The labor commissioner, appointed pursuant to section 91.2, 1 4 may, at the labor commissioner's discretion, represent 1 5 laborers or employees seeking payment for labor or wage claims 1 6 from the receiver, trustee, or assignee, or the court, or the 1 7 person charged with the property, in accordance with and 1 8 subject to the provisions of sections 626.69 and 626.71. 1 9 Sec. 2. APPLICABILITY.
