  1  3           RESOLUTION BY CHAIRPERSON ROBERTS)
  1  4 A Concurrent Resolution to approve and confirm the
  1  5    appointment of the Citizens' Aide.
  1  6    WHEREAS, chapter 2C provides that the Citizens'
  1  7 Aide shall be appointed by the Legislative Council
  1  8 with the approval and confirmation of a constitutional
  1  9 majority of the Senate and with the approval and
  1 10 confirmation of a constitutional majority of the House
  1 11 of Representatives; and
  1 12    WHEREAS, on June 27, 2005, the Legislative Council
  1 13 reappointed Mr. William P. Angrick II as Citizens'
  1 14 Aide for a term commencing July 1, 2005, and is
  1 15 submitting his name for approval and confirmation by a
  1 16 constitutional majority of the Senate and the House of
  1 17 Representatives; NOW THEREFORE,
  1 18    BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
  1 19 SENATE CONCURRING, That Mr. William P. Angrick II is
  1 20 approved and confirmed as the Citizens' Aide for a
  1 21 four-year term which commences July 1, 2005, as
  1 22 provided in sections 2C.3 and 2C.5.
