1 2 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1 3 NEW PARAGRAPH. f. Notwithstanding paragraph "b", during
1 4 the period beginning October 1 and ending November 30, the
1 5 maximum gross weight allowed to be carried on a vehicle

1 9 However, weight embargoes on bridges shall continue to apply.
  1 10 EXPLANATION
1 11 This bill creates an exception to maximum gross weight
1 12 limits for vehicles hauling crops on noninterstate highways
1 13 from the point of harvest to a distribution or storage point
1 14 during the period of harvest from October 1 through November
