  1  1    Section 1.  INTERNET WEBSITE REDESIGN.  The department of
  1  2 economic development shall review and redesign the
  1  3 department's internet website.  The redesign shall provide
  1  4 internet website users with access to information regarding
  1  5 all economic development related programs, including federally
  1  6 related programs, that are administered by the department.
  1  7 The redesign shall provide information in a user friendly
  1  8 format that is easy to navigate and understand.
  1  9                           EXPLANATION
  1 10    This bill relates to internet website redesign by the
  1 11 department of economic development.
  1 12    The bill requires the department to review and redesign the
  1 13 department's internet website.  The bill provides that the
  1 14 redesign shall provide internet website users with access to
  1 15 information regarding all economic development related
  1 16 programs, including federally related programs, that are
  1 17 administered by the department.  The bill requires the
  1 18 redesign to provide information in a user friendly format that
  1 19 is easy to navigate and understand.
