  1  1    Section 1.  COUNTY FAIR INFRASTRUCTURE.  There is
  1  2 appropriated from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund to the
  1  3 office of treasurer of state for the fiscal year beginning
  1  4 July 1, 2005, and ending June 30, 2006, the following amount,
  1  5 or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
  1  6 designated:
  1  7    For county fair infrastructure improvements for
  1  8 distribution in accordance with chapter 174 to eligible fairs
  1  9 that belong to the association of Iowa fairs:
  1 10 .................................................. $  1,060,000
  1 11                            EXPLANATION
  1 12    This bill provides an FY 2005=2006 appropriation from the
  1 13 rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund to the office of treasurer of
  1 14 state for county fair infrastructure.  The moneys are to be
  1 15 distributed as provided in Code chapter 174 to eligible fairs
  1 16 that belong to the association of Iowa fairs.
