  1  1    Section 1.  Section 99B.11, Code 2005, is amended by adding
  1  2 the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  3.  A poker, blackjack, craps, keno, or
  1  4 roulette contest, league, or tournament shall not be
  1  5 considered a bona fide contest under this section.
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill provides that a poker, blackjack, craps, keno, or
  1  8 roulette contest, league, or tournament shall not be
  1  9 considered a bona fide contest for purposes of permitting any
  1 10 person to conduct these contests.
