  1  1    Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  249A.35  DENTAL SERVICES
  1  2 REIMBURSEMENT.
  1  3    Dental services provided under the medical assistance
  1  4 program shall be reimbursed at no less than seventy=five
  1  5 percent of the usual and customary rate for these services.
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill requires that dental services provided under the
  1  8 medical assistance program be reimbursed at no less than 75
  1  9 percent of the usual and customary rate for these services.
