Section 88A.4, subsection 1, paragraphs a and 1 2 b, Code 2005, are amended to read as follows: 1 3 a. One through ten rides, or devices or concessions, 1 4twentythirty dollars. 1 5 b. Eleven or more rides, or devices or concessions,thirty1 6 forty dollars. 1 7 Sec. 2. Section 88A.4, subsection 2, paragraphs a, b, and 1 8 c, Code 2005, are amended to read as follows: 1 9 a. For rides which are designed for seventy=five pounds or 1 10 less per passenger unit,sixtyseventy=five dollars for each 1 11 inspection. 1 12 b. For rides which are designed for seventy=five pounds or 1 13 more and for which the manufacturer's recommended assembly 1 14 time is less than forty work hours,ninetyone hundred ten 1 15 dollars for each inspection. 1 16 c. For rides for which the manufacturer's recommended 1 17 assembly time is forty work hours or more,onetwo hundred 1 18twentyfifty dollars for each inspection. 1 19 Sec. 3. Section 88A.4, subsection 3, Code 2005, is amended 1 20 to read as follows: 1 21 3. Electrical inspection of concession booths, and 1 22 amusement devices fees,thirty=fiveforty dollars each. 1 23 Sec. 4. EFFECTIVE DATE.
