  1  2 FACILITY == PROHIBITION.
  1  3    An inmate committed to the custody of the director of the
  1  4 department shall not be confined at a facility under the
  1  5 control of a private sector, nongovernmental entity.
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill prohibits an inmate committed to the custody of
  1  8 the department of corrections from being confined in a
  1  9 facility under the control of a private sector,
  1 10 nongovernmental entity.
