  1  1    Section 1.  SUBSTANCE ABUSE THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY TREATMENT
  1  2 PROGRAM.  There is appropriated from the general fund of the
  1  3 state to the department of corrections for the fiscal year
  1  4 beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2007, the
  1  5 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be
  1  6 used for the purpose designated:
  1  7    For the substance abuse therapeutic community treatment
  1  8 program at the Iowa correctional institution for women:
  1  9 .................................................. $    190,185
  1 10                           EXPLANATION
  1 11    This bill appropriates $190,185 to the department of
  1 12 corrections for the substance abuse therapeutic community
  1 13 treatment program at the Iowa correctional institution for
  1 14 women in Mitchelville.
