  1  1    Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.  There is appropriated from the
  1  2 general fund of the state to the Iowa state university of
  1  3 science and technology for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
  1  4 2006, $100,000 to be used for purposes of establishing a small
  1  5 business development center located in Fort Dodge.
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill relates to the establishment of small business
  1  8 development centers and makes an appropriation.
  1  9    The bill appropriates from the general fund to the Iowa
  1 10 state university of science and technology for the fiscal year
  1 11 beginning July 1, 2006, $100,000 to be used for purposes of
  1 12 establishing a small business development center located in
