  1  1    Section 1.  Section 22.7, Code 2005, is amended by adding
  1  2 the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  51.  Individually identifiable client
  1  4 information contained in the records of the statewide database
  1  5 created as a homeless management information system pursuant
  1  6 to standards developed by the United States department of
  1  7 housing and urban development and utilized by the Iowa
  1  8 department of economic development and the Iowa finance
  1  9 authority.
  1 10                           EXPLANATION
  1 11    This bill adds an exemption to the open records law for
  1 12 individually identifiable client information in a homeless
  1 13 management information system.
