  1  1    Section 1.  OLDER IOWANS LEGISLATURE.  There is
  1  2 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
  1  3 department of elder affairs for the fiscal year beginning July
  1  4 1, 2005, and ending June 30, 2006, the following amount, or so
  1  5 much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
  1  6 designated:
  1  7    For costs of implementing the older Iowans legislature:
  1  8 .................................................. $     75,000
  1  9                           EXPLANATION
  1 10    This bill provides a fiscal year 2005=2006 appropriation to
  1 11 the department of elder affairs for costs of implementing the
  1 12 older Iowans legislature.
